Approximately 2.1kg of heroin no.3 with an estimated value of S$320,000 and cash S$11,000 were seized.An exchange was about to take place at Jalan Tentaram between the two drug peddlers, both Singaporean male, unemployed when the Central Narcotics Bureau authorities raided the compound.The bag which the runner was carrying was found to contain 8 bundles of heroin no.3, weighing approximately 1.9kg.A search of the premises uncovered another 20 packets of heroin no.3 weighing approximately 230g and 'Ice' weighing approximately 3.3g. Stephens was arrested five years ago at Bali airport with nearly three kilograms of heroin strapped to his body.
His appeal rests on a letter from former Australian Federal Police commissioner Mick Keelty.
The letter says that unlike more experienced couriers, Stephens could not earn a reduced sentence by cooperating with investigators because he knew so little about the drug smuggling racket.
His mother, Michele Stephens, flew to Bali for the hearing and says she is disappointed it has been delayed.
'Hopefully on May 20 it will all be better and all we can do is pray,' she said."

Stadtmueller gave Lund 14 years and seven months in prison, and Bandowski got 13 years and four months. But Lund already faces 15 years for his state crimes, and Bandowski faces 18.The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports the federal sentences will be served concurrently."

The men were arrested after allegedly buying 96 grams of cocaine from someone in the parking lot of an Advance Auto in Mocksville.

Keaton was the assistant coach of the girls' basketball team at West Rowan High School this season. School officials said Keaton's contract has expired and he is no longer an employee.

Both men are being held in the Davie County Jail under $100,000 bond each. Their first court date is May 13."

John Delaney. The state Department of Children and Families had taken custody of Figueroa's son after detectives took the baby from the car following the arrest Wednesday, according to Delaney.
The two men were arrested as a result of a surveillance operation the city police department Narcotics Division had conducted Wednesday evening at the McDonald's restaurant parking lot, located at 360 Main St., in the city's North End neighborhood, according to Delaney.
Police allegedly watched as two people purchased five bags of heroin from Figueroa and Rozwadowski as they were sitting in a Nissan Xterra in the parking lot. The two alleged drug customers were detained, and Figueroa and Rozwadowski were arrested a short while later, according to Delaney.
Police allegedly seized 27 bags of heroin, cell phones and $167 in cash from the vehicle in which the two men and the baby had been."
