Charges of delivering marijuana as party to a crime and delivering 1 to 5 grams of cocaine as party to a crime were dismissed and read into the record.Judge James Mason revoked a $10,000 signature bond and ordered a presentence investigation. Fortune, who is at the Racine Correctional Institution, faces a maximum of 53 years, six months in prison. His next court appearance is scheduled for March 14."
