Feds seize kilo of heroin,
arrest suspect - San Antonio Express-News: "U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration charged Jose Fernando Garza, 28, with possession with intent to distribute heroin. If convicted, he faces a mandatory minimum of 10 years in prison, and up to life.An arrest warrant affidavit said Garza met an undercover DEA agent about 11:18 a.m. in the parking lot of South Park Mall to finish off a deal the two had arranged a day earlier: a kilo for $35,000.
Garza, the affidavit said, pulled out two packages from his coat pocket and put them under the front passenger seat of the agent's car. He was then arrested and the drugs were seized."
