Two men were detained when cannabis plants were found at a house in Manor Kilbride.
While a third man was arrested when heroin, two firearms and ammunition was seized in Limerick city.
Yesterday afternoon, gardaí searched a house in Manor Kilbride in Wicklow.
They found 170 cannabis plants, believed to be worth around €65,000, which were being cultivated at the house.
Two men, aged 35 and 37, were arrested at the scene and are being questioned at Tallaght garda station under Section Two of the Criminal Justice Act.
Meanwhile, in Limerick yesterday afternoon a man in his forties was arrested when Gardaí seized €700,000 worth of heroin.
Cocaine, cannabis herb and ecstasy along with two semi-automatic pistols and a quantity of ammunition were also found when an apartment on the Ennis Road was raided.
The man, who was arrested at the scene, is being detained at Henry Street garda station.
