Attorney charged with smuggling drugs to jailed boyfriend | detnews.com | The Detroit News: "Nina Marie Backon was arraigned today on charges of furnishing contraband to prisoners, which carries a penalty of five years in jail and/or $1,000 fine, and one count of delivery of a controlled substance, which carries a penalty of four years and/or a $2,000 fine. A $10,000 personal bond was set by Judge Preston Thomas.
The charges stem from a visit last week with her boyfriend, Eric Edward Wilamowski, 23, also of Farmington Hills, in the jail."
