20 arrested in East End heroin bust: "biggest heroin bust in East End history, Suffolk County District Attorney Thomas Spota announced Wednesday the arrests of 20 people on charges of selling and possessing the drug.
At a Riverhead news conference, Spota praised the work of the East End Drug Task Force in a nine-month investigation that netted arrests from Queens to Mattituck to Southampton."
